Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Training sessions require reserved time and preparation. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule a training session must provide at least 24 hours notice. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. This policy applies to: Private training sessions Group classes Consultations Virtual sessions Clients who provide more than 24 hours notice may reschedule their appointment for another available time. Vaccination Requirements For the safety of all dogs and animals involved in training: All dogs participating in training services must be current on vaccinations appropriate for their age and veterinary recommendations. At minimum, dogs should be protected against: Rabies Distemper Parvovirus Proof of vaccination may be requested prior to participation in training sessions. Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is healthy and free of contagious illness when attending training. Dog Behavior & Safety Requirements To maintain a safe training environment: Dogs must be able to be in the presence of other dogs, people, and animals without posing a risk of harm to themselves or others. If a dog demonstrates behavior that presents a significant safety concern, the trainer reserves the right to: Pause the session Modify the training environment Recommend private training prior to group participation Down To Earth Dog Lady prioritizes the safety and well-being of all participants, dogs, and animals on the property. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for: Maintaining control of their dog during training Following trainer instructions and safety guidelines Using appropriate equipment recommended by the trainer Failure to follow safety instructions may result in termination of the session without refund.
